This 24,500 S.F. "turnkey" facility was completed for the new City of Elk Grove in 2000. The design team worked closely with both the developer and the City of Elk Grove during the initial shell construction phase, and also during the subsequent tenant improvement phase. It is an efficient wood framed structure with a brick and cement plaster exterior.
