This project consists of 22,000 sf of Retail Showroom floor space located on a modest 3/4 acre site. The building accommodates two tenants; La-Z-Boy and California Backyard, and incorporates service/loading areas completely screened from view at the Freeway and public street. The building is constructed of precast concrete panels and has built-out extruded cornice elements and contrasting awnings that provide a pedestrian scale to this initial project constructed in Sacramento County's first transit oriented development project. The interior showroom uses a variety of rich materials to complement a variety of the owner's furnishing products.
