This project consisted of a one-story, 12,100 square foot multi-tenant retail building located adjacent to one of the most prominent intersections in Folsom, California. The building incorporates a rail-station architectural theme (it is located adjacent to old rail-line into old town Folsom) and is creatively nestled within a dense grove of stately oak trees. Numerous parapet height treatments identies. For example, the project currently features numerous restaurant and a Starbucks Coffee outlet with intimate outdoor seating areas and ample shade by way of the large oaks.
