New Clubhouse Facility

This 7,700 s.f. clubhouse and meeting facility was constructed as a replacement for the original that was flood-ravaged in1993. The new building includes a full-service commercial kitchen, separate sports bar, dining room, and conference room capacity for concurrent meetings of up to four groups of 240 persons each. In addition to administrative offices and golf meeting spaces, the project also incorporates 2,700 square feet of covered outdoor patio space. The wood-framed structure was designed to match an existing pro shop building that was recently reconstructed.
