This 40,000 square foot building was a build-to-suit project for a furniture and furnishings store, that handles both retail and consignment merchandise. The building skin is composed of split faced and painted smooth faced concrete block, with cast stone wainscot caps. Painted steel trusses support large openings in the block at two tower elements, and also identify the entry points into the building. The tower elements are further enhanced by a pyramid shaped roof of standing seam metal roofing. The main roof structure is wood framed with wide bays, that allow a multitude of interior layout options and maximum flexibility.
