This project consisted of a 52,000 square foot, build-to-suit shell and interior improvements for an employment opportunities and training agency with large conference/training rooms, public Internet search room, and administrative offices. An extensive programming effort was undertaken with a custom questionnaire and follow up interviews with numerous separate departments. The project was located in a redeveloped industrial site fast tracked by a first phase shell project and separate second phase tenant improvement. A Design Build project delivery was used with JP Heinz Construction.
