Buildings are designed to accommodate high bay storage, and flexible dock and at-grade loading to facilitate a variety of prospective tenant requirements. A contemporary architectural theme with a cohesive exterior color scheme establishes it as one of the prominent distribution facilities in the area. The project was successfully completed early and under budget despite numerous below-grade obstacles.
