Developed as the new design for the "Flex Building" type, this project incorporates high quality materials into efficient site cast concrete wall construction. This allows the buildings to have a slightly higher profile than adjacent multi-tenant buildings. The new design also makes use of multiple opening configurations in order to provide more flexibility with tenant layouts.
