Vineyard Pointe Retail

This project consisted of a one-story, 22,600 square foot multi-tenant retail building located in fast-growing Roseville. The complex is part of the Vinyard Pointe Business park which includes one and two story administrative and professional service office uses. The architecture, which integrates brick and cement plaster materials, harmonizes with the other buildngs in the complex. Canvas awnings are used to add a pedestiran scale while a deep covered arcade rims the building. A breezeway was cut through at the corner and eliminates a difficult to lease corner space. Resaurant uses include Taco Del Mar and Quizno's Subs.
