With a dedication to achieving the most appropriate design, CJA's process is always driven by the needs and preferences of the client and end user. The process begins with the program. We work closely with our clients to define the users and determine their needs, then develop the program that will best facilitate those needs. In an existing client program, project elements that are not clearly addressed are identified early in the process as a result of project research that includes site visits and discussions with potential users. At CJA, we strive to capture the vision of our clients in order to secure their intent in every aspect. We maintain their participation to assure satisfaction.
