Education: UC Berkeley – GO BEARS!
What was your path to becoming where you are in your career now?
During High School and Architectural School, I worked as an apprentice carpenter in residential construction. After completing Architectural School, I became curious about what was on the “other side” of design when it came to construction management, so I became an Assistant Project Manager in a construction firm in the Bay Area. And here I am now, on my path to becoming a licensed Architect!
- Help others without expecting anything in return.
- Be curious. Love everyone.
Focus/Hobbies outside of work:
Hanging out with my family and friends. Running and being active. Dancing – mainly hip hop and Mexican music. Movies and documentaries – based on true stories. TV – mainly just sports center and my Dallas Cowboys! Reading – Philosophy, fun facts, and science. Lastly, cooking – still improving…!
What inspires your work every day?
What inspires me is to do well for my family so that I can be an example for my family’s future generations to come.
If you were a car, what make and model would you be and what color? Why?
1969 Camaro, Black. I’m not big into cars. But if I had to choose, this is the one due to its simplicity, classiness, and “fun factor.”
