What was your path to becoming where you are in your career now?
I worked in roofing and construction while in college. Once while framing a house, I realized that I wanted to learn how to read blue prints. Once I understood them, I knew that with my passion for art and construction, I could be a great architect.
Don’t underestimate your capability to succeed. Never limit yourself. Believe in yourself. Ask questions. Don’t be afraid to fail.
Focus/Hobbies outside of work:
Painting - watercolor, still life and portraits. Pigeon shooting, jogging, and running… lots of running… proud to have run multiple marathons!
What inspires your work every day?
I want to be a great husband and father every day.
If you were a car, what make and model would you be and what color? Why?
’69 Camaro Convertible, Red & Black. It is strong, reliable, works hard and runs fast. Red is a color of warriors and family.
